Description

This building is a double classroom with ADA compliant restrooms.  Each classroom has 672 square feet.  As a bonus, it also has one classroom which is set up as a home-ec facility, with cabinets and plumbing/electrical for a sink, dishwasher and refrigerator.  It has been used by a school district in Northwestern Missouri which just completed a new school.  T-111 siding, vinyl thermal pane windows,   shingled roof with a 2 ½ / 12 pitch and 12” overhang.  This is a great building.  It could also be adapted for a multitude of  purposes.   Coded for Illinois and Missouri.
